I've seen a lot of complaints from other dealers about poor service - If that matters to you at all, come to Imperial RV! They have always taken great care of us, gone the extra mile, and done what's right even when it's harder/takes longer. Such friendly and helpful crew! They listen and find what we've wanted the couple of times we have purchased from them.

Every experience I have has with Imperial has been great. All employees are very nice and helpful. They are willing to go out of their way to make it right with their customers and truly care about their customers. I just purchased my 2nd camper from them and they make the process very simple. I have also had multiple services done on my previous camper through Imperial and they have been very easy to work with.

Went to Imperial for an AC check up. They cleaned our unit, fixed my toilet, and everything is working in top order! They were also very responsive to my questions! Will definitely use them for ALL our RV needs!
