guys are hands down the best in my opinion. Dustin, Will, and the service team went so far above and
beyond I was seriously blown away. They had bare minimum time and a demanding customer and they
made it happen. They even got the hitch and accessories installed when I didn't think it was possible to do
that day.

We live fulltime in our RV. While traveling through lowa, we had an issue with our water filter, not
spinning off! It needed to be replaced. I called Imperial RV and Annie answered the phone! This lady was
amazing! Customer service above and beyond! We sent her a picture, and within minutes, she helped us.
She made sure we had everything we needed for the replacement! We have been camping since 2002 and
have never met anyone as efficient as her! Thank you Annie and Imperial RV!

After over years of no camper, my wife and I went to Imperial RV and purchased 4th unit from them. We have known the owner Denise for over 30 years and Zach her son in law for 20 and have never been disappointed in our purchases. I have always been picky about something every purchase and they take care of it whether coming to my house or having me bring it back up giving me my personal satisfaction that keeps me going back to them. I am always straight forward with them in what I want and what I want to spend and Zach found us the ideal trailer, a Keystone Passport 2870RL and has gone out of his way to keep us satisfied and this experience an awesome one. Imperial RV is NOT your typical RV dealer. I recently traded in and purchased a TT. My experience here was awesome. Things like customer service, educating you with the market, showing LOTS of patience and making me feel welcome the minute I walked in. I've seen a lot of complaints from other dealers about poor service - If that matters to you at all, come to Imperial RV! They have always taken great care of us, gone the extra mile, and done what's right even when it's harder/takes longer. Such friendly and helpful crew!
